This is vintage - my granny wore this in her 20s, so it's around 60-70 years old. 
It's either suede or Nubuck leather, soft, but also quite thick. Taupe/beige/tan colour. 
There is a calf-length skirt, with side zip and lining, a vest/waistcoat with front pockets, and a tailored jacket with front pockets and lined sleeves. There is damage to the right sleeve on the back at the arm seam. Sure this can be fixed, I just don't know how.
This would probably make a good cosplay or steampunk outfit, although I did wear this as everyday clothing while at varsity.
