 - Packed in a heavy duty clear PVC sleeve with a metal stud clip. 
 
 - As it is a natural product colour variations can occur. The colour is in black range 1B.

 - Our bulk hair is 100% human hair with no weft (loose hair) and it can be used for any style that you choose, such as Box braids, Corn rows, Goddess Braids, Micro Braids, Tree Braids, Fulani Braids, Knotless Braids, Crochet Braids, Twist Braids and more. 

- Bulk hair is recommended for braiding as the pre-cut hair is less susceptible to shedding. 

- To braid the whole head 300g to 500g of hair may be required. It depends on the style.

 To be accepted for returns - the hair cannot be changed from the original condition and please include all original packaging materials. If you would prefer to return the product please do so prior to installation. Once the hair has been used or changed in any way from the original condition (this includes installation, dyeing, cutting, gluing or any other changes) then it cannot be returned. This is for hygiene reasons and as per the Consumer Protection Act, specifically relating to goods that have been modified or changed.
