1930’s Alfred Meakin dinner service MADE IN ENGLAND. 
The pattern, known as "The Hayride," depicts  farm scenes, including hay carts. With scalloped edges and a gold-gilt rim. No gold loss evident. One cracked saucer. 

6 Dinner Plates = 252mm diameter x 18mm deep.
6 Entree/Fish Plates = 224mm diameter x 17mm deep.
12 x Side Plates = 77mm diameter x 15mm deep.
6 Soup Bowls / cereal  t= 190mm x 40mm deep.
6 Sweet / dessert bowls  = 65mm square x 34mm deep.
1 Gravy Boat  = boat = 165mm spout to handle x 130mm widest x 76mm high 
1 milk jug = 150mm spout to handle.  80mm deep and 60mm high
Sugar bowl = 130mm in diameter x 80mm deep
Tea pot = 210mm spout to handle. 150mm high and 140mm wide. 
6 cups and saucers. 1 saucer cracked. 
2 Round Tureens & Lids = 232mm handle to handle x 192mm diameter x 135mm high to finial
1 Serving / Salad Bowls = 233mm handle to handle x 216mm wide x 64mm deep.
