Fabulous skeleton hoop under skirt. Made of hula hoops, ribbon and fringe. Very lightweight. Waist is 74cm. Will also be great as a base to add more embellishments, charms etc to make it even more spectacular. 

This item is unisex and can be worn in so many ways. As a layer over a bodysuit, or with hot pants and a bralette. 

Courier options are limited. I would suggest collecting from seller. I am based in Pretoria.
