Monki (UK brand) cropped sweater with cinched waist and bell sleeves. I altered it slightly to make it tighter at the waist. There are some marks on it? Though not particularly noticeable.
Super cute “elevated basic”, interesting silhouette and striking colour. 
No material label but likely cotton blend. Marked size xs but would fit a small fine too.
