From a Swedish brand called Lindex (the best quality). It has only been used once or twice. It’s super stretchy and it has two different crotch ”size buttons”. The arms can also be folded up or down like you can see in the pictures. 
I have similar ones that has been fitting my sons from around 1 month until 7-8 months. So it can be used for a long time!
