Absolutely gorgeous Topshop wrap-top/ short Kimono with bell sleeves. This item is 20 years old! Will fit small to medium size. A true gem! 
Have worn it 2 only times as I don’t like to wear bell sleeves. 
Due to its age, the neck part in black, all around seems to have some spots of discolouration (also in black). But it almost looks like it’s part of the fabric as it’s all around. When you wear it you can’t see it at all. #floral #kimono
