Maison Goyard Saint Louis PM Tote Bags 

Goyard is a French trunk maker that first started its roots in the House of Martin in 1792. The House of Martin specialized in box making, trunk making, and packing & was a favorite among the French aristocracy. Francois Goyard eventually became an apprentice at the House of Martin, & when the owners died in 1852, Goyard took over & totally revolutionized the business with new designs. Today, Goyard has reached such a prestigious position in the bag world by staying true to its roots & aesthetic. In general, Goyard does not create advertisements, participate in e-commerce, & has very little outside retailers to maintain exclusivity.

The Saint Louis PM bag is made from Goyardine & is unlined. It is extremely light & completely reversible. Wear it showing the Goyardine fabric or inside out, showing the linen & cotton mix. It’s two leather handles with their progressive thickness mean it can be worn in different ways & it has a removable inside pocket attached to one of the handles for quick and easy access. Featured are three different colour-ways in which one is their classic Black/Tan & two special colours which retail higher than the classic colours & that is Orange & White. Prices vary depending on many factors but the key one here would be based off their condition itself as all the bags are from the same era which is around the late 2000’s.
