This is a vintage Seiko Lord Matic (LM) 5606-8060, manufactured in November 1974 by the Suwa Seikosha factory. Originally released for the Japanese Domestic Market (JDM), it features a classic 1970s silver sunburst dial, a dual-language (English/Kanji) day-date window, and its original stainless steel multi-link bracelet.

Non-Runner. Crown gear is suspected to be the issue.
