1950’s - 1970’s Vintage MCM Retro Heavy Chunky Glass Ice Cube shaped Table Lighter.

It is made of heavy clear glass, molded to resemble ice. The set includes a matching lighter that fits into the ashtray - also referred to as an “icicle ashtray”

The clear glass base is designed to resemble an ice cube, with a textured glass body & built-in lighter which gives it a visually interesting appearance. The metal lighter insert sits on top and is removable for refilling or maintenance.

Designed in Scandinavian style.
Decorative & functional, with textured exterior.
Quite a large version of a table lighter.
Glass is heavier than expected, could be crystal.

Sought after by Collectors 
The Coronet brand has collectible value particularly for its unique designs & vintage appeal.

The reservoir & lighter mechanism can be removed for refilling and has been stamped Japan. The mechanism works well, needs a new wick & refill.
