The inner pockets require minor stitching, otherwise, the jacket is ready to wear. The zip can be a little tricky as well but it does work and the zip closes. 
The jacket also features a concealed hood with zip storage. The hood can be zipped into the collar for a clean, hoodless look when preferred  as shown in slide 6.
