DESCRIPTION OF OUR EVIL DEAD 2 POSTER:

Mounted on 6mm Supawood and sealed, this is a promotional print for the 1987 Horror/Comedy Evil Dead 2. Staring Bruce Campbell and directed by Sam Raimi.

SIZE:

Approximately 615 mm high, 460 mm wide, and 14mm thick at hanging loop. (Slightly larger than A-2) Fitted with a steel hanging loop. Please see pictures.


CONDITION:

New.

We mount and seal our posters by hand which we feel gives them a really nice retro quality. It’s a look that may remind older folks of the movie and band art covered walls in an old record store or perhaps a video rental spot in the 80’s. This does however mean that they are imperfect, and there are flaws, spots, bumps and blemishes that wouldn’t be there if the product was machined. They look absolutely awesome, but it would be uncool to not mention this before customers order. And if there’s anything about your aunty that we all know, it’s that she’s unspeakably cool. Having said that, our adverts show pictures of the exact item listed. We do not use stock images.

THE MOVIE:
A more vocal and polarizing fandom would be difficult to find. Evil Dead connoisseurs  are notoriously protective over their chosen unholy grail, and opposing opinions or tastes are met with ridicule. Even amongst each other. This  addition to the franchise appears to be a re-interpretation of the 1981 original with a healthier budget, more gore and monolithic levels of silliness and implausibility. Certainly not to everyone’s taste, and unapologetically clumsy, but an undeniable giant among the pioneers of classic horror movies. Another great to watch with friends.
