So needs to be sent in to someone who can fix it, I have not used it in Over a year, have pugged it in, all electrical elements work. We found the issue to just be the coffee pod not being opened, it may not be that, could have another issue , but I’m not taking it to be repaired, So if you wanting to buy to repair yourself I’m selling as is.
