Boots are used. However I took as much care as I possibly could to keep these looking good. They have no signs of breakage only some scratches on the stud part of the shoe. They are very comfortable and feel very snug on the foot. I had a good time wearing them and never experienced any problems. THERE IS NO BOX the size is UK6
