Vintage dress by Lady Ruth Reed. Labeled as size 14 but could fit a 16 as well. Comes with a matching belt but you need to add proper loops. Pictured you can see the loose hem in the one sleeve, as well as two holes in the waist seam. I don't have the dressmaking skills to fix it but it's such a lovely dress. 

Length from shoulder to bottom: 117cm
Waist: 49cm and a little stretch
