Heirloom vintage flower girl dress

1990's hand sewn powder blue dress. Polka-dot, with tulle and lace. 

No marks or stains. 

Perfect condition, but the elastic had to be replaced. The new elastic can still be adjusted to preferred size, before joining with a cloth pin.

Kids size 4-5 or a small 5-6.
