1950’s petrol blue sheath dress with a soutache and seed beaded paisley border on the mock wrap, V neckline. Zips at the side with a metal colour keyed zip.  It has 3/4 length turn up sleeves. Missing the original belt but I’m happy to pair it with the colour matched belt it’s styled with (let me know!). In a soft Faille and by Ramelle. See the last pic for some fade occurring on the shoulders. It’s light and barely noticeable. The 7th slide is not fading, only sheen from the barely there light I had to photograph in 🫣. So yes, there is a light sheen to the fabric.
