Vintage 1960's blue and white retro floral button down cotton day dress with sleeve and hem ruffles.  The dress was previously altered but restored as best I can.  Still wears beautifully.  The bottom three buttons were missing and are very specific so I've replaced it with generic transparent buttons to not draw attention.  Please view all the photos as they form part of the description.
