The buyer has the right to return the item to the Seller and get a refund, if the item received significantly differs from the photo or the item description. If the Buyer is not happy with the item for any other reason and the Seller agrees to a refund, the Buyer is responsible for return delivery costs. If the item is returned for not being as described, the Seller is responsible for the return delivery costs.
- Buyer must inform the Seller of the wish to return the item with reasons, within 48 hours of receiving the item.
- The Seller shares return details with the Buyer. The same delivery method used to ship the item to the Buyer must be used to return to the Seller unless otherwise agreed to. The Seller must provide the same delivery details needed by the Buyer for the original sale.
-The Buyer must ship the item within 72 hours, unless agreed upon otherwise, and pays for the return postage.
- When the Seller receives the item in the same sold condition, the order will be cancelled.
- Yaga will refund the Buyer the total price, delivery fee and protection fee to their Yaga wallet.
