A 1950’s day dress in an illuminating shade of acid green, olive and black washed watercolour floral depiction, silk fabric. Cinched in the waist, it slight balloons out at the front hips with deep double pleats on either side, allowing for the quintessential 50’s hourglass wiggle shape. The bodice has a mock wrapped front and plunging neckline that erupts into a large overflowing portrait collar that hugs the shoulder tops. The back bodice does not disappoint either and for a range of movement, has two knife pleats on the sides and a single centred box pleat. The back hem also has a kick pleat allowing ease for movement.  As you can see the sleeves are a slightly longer length and sits just in the elbow crook.  To get this on it has a side black colour keyed metal zip and pulls over the head. It is in excellent clean and ready to wear condition.
