Vintage Dress 
I calculated that its from the late 1960's - it belonged to my grandmother.
This dress is sized as a medium but it is a very big cut and its very loose on a Medium, I think its better suited as a size Large. 
The Colours are bright, almost lumo as per the last image where the label is photographed.
It has pockets!
