San Marina over the knee boots. Shoe part is leather. Legs are pu in order to stretch and give as you slide them on. Note: these are for thin legs as there is no zip opening. They slide on very comfortably though. Great with tights or skinnies or shorts and short skirts. I loved them but have outgrown them a bit. Getting too old 🙈note a bit of bling on the adjustable straps.
