Smashed Lemon (Netherlands) boutique dress sample. Fits me just under my knee. Looks great on Patricia with her flat tummy. I had to pull my ever problematic tummy in for the catwalk 😂. 
Perhaps some great underwear could be a solution. 
Size on label is Eur 38/M and uk 12. I would say a proper med to even small. Eur 38 = Sa 34 
Fabric is great and dress is completely  lined. 
Fabric details: 65% cotton 30% polyester 5% spandex.
