This dress features a quilted fitted bodice with a ruffled square neckline and velvet trim, lovely long floaty balloon sleeves with long button style cuffs and is fully lined with a rear zip. Cotton bodice with matching chiffon skirt & sleeves. 

Laura Phillips was a British brand active from the 1930s to the early 1980s (this dress appears to the 1970s or possibly 1960s), known for its high-quality pieces.
