A semi formal dress made by a local brand 'Pretpakkie'.  It has lots of classy details.  Such a front pleats and shoulder gathering with elasticated sleeves. Unfortunately it is just too big for me around the chest (i am a B-cup) .  it will fit a size 12.  A steal at R350 as it retails for R1050
