Brightly patterned short-sleeved dress with an elasticated tie under the bust and cute neckline and sleeve detail, from British brand Boden. I love Boden's prints and their focus on quality and sustainability. 

The size on the label is 88 but it fit me as a small - could fit a medium but the bust is not very roomy.
