Navy blue Mandarin collar ruffle-neck lightweight long dress or coat by renowned African designer Dr Pachanga. This striking full-length duster can be worn buttoned up as a dress or open as a coat. The high ruffled collar is a real style statement, and it has beautiful cuff details on the three-quarter sleeves and a sweeping longer back. No care label, but the fabric feels like a thick high quality cotton.

Marked XL - it will suit a taller body with a smaller bust in size 14 or 12, depending on how you’d prefer to wear it. The collar is quite narrow when buttoned up so a slim neck will be more comfortable in it. 

One flaw to note: the pleat in the centre at the back across the shoulders has come loose with a small tear (last photo). If you’re handy at sewing it should be a quick fix.
