Dye Lab, from Nigeria, designer item. Mini Agbada. Hand dyed, magnificent. Suggest you google to get an idea of this kind of clothing.  Pic from website. Mine is black, white, splash of pink. 
As per their website: Made from cotton in our signature mix and match print and color style, this piece was made to stand out. This versatile piece can be worn on its own or paired with culottes for a more conservative but stylish look. Each Dye Lab piece is made from small batches of hand dyed textiles using batik wax to achieve our own formulated colors and prints.  (it is exquisite, size small but perfect for someone large)  Worn on its own or with pants or heels, anything goes.  I paid R 5000, never worn, doesn't suit me, reselling for  R1000. I am negotiable as it is just sitting in my cupboard and I am never gonna wear it!
