Vintage (antique maybe even??) beaded gown. Looks handmade. Satin with mesh overlay. Zips up at the back and bow detail at the waist has a hook and eye closure. 
My guess is that this is from the 1930s but could be earlier even.
This isn’t super wearable due to it being VERY OLD but perhaps the right buyer is out there. It has sustained a lot of damage over the years, some of which has been (poorly) repaired. Both shoulders patched with non-matching mesh. Some of the beads have fallen off too. 
Probably best as a collector’s/display item.
