See last 3 pictures- heels can easily be replaced although they are not broken (they are genuine leather boots and the replacement of heels will be necessary with the upkeep of leather boots in general). Just the heels need replacement the rest is in very good condition. 

These boots have been stored in their box - the heels can be replaced - this is not because of use. They’ve been in a box.
